Chongqing City Management College is a full-time public diploma-level college, sponsored by Chongqing Municipal Government, and constructed by both the Ministry of Civil Affairs and Chongqing Municipal Government, directly subordinates to Chongqing Education Commission.

Chongqing City Management College is located in the beautiful Huxi University Town. The University Town is an emerging city on the verge of Shapingba, Bishan, and Jiangbei district of Chongqing.

With the improvement of the opening-up and international influence on Chongqing, in particular, the all-dimensional and multi-layered opening-up in higher education, the University Town has attracted a growing number of foreign friends from all over the world for employment, education and living here in recent years.

Also, there are 15 Universities and Colleges with 150,000 to 200,000 teachers and students, and 250,000 community residents. Nearby, you can see Jinyun Mountain, and Gele Mountain. As the flattest area in Chongqing, the transportation is very convenient. 

Presently, CCMC persists in the motto “sensitivity in study and practical in application, behave according to good ethics” and the ethos “advancement in harmony and striving for the truth and innovation”. Based on the working policy “accelerate the development, improve the quality, create the characteristics, and establish the brand”, CCMC gives prominence to the work of “city” and “vocation”, takes specialty construction as the leading work, teachers construction as the supporter, teaching work as the center, and students’ education as the ultimate result. With a faculty of 650, CCMC has more than 70 teachers with Doctor’s Degree and/or Professor Qualification. Nearly half of them have been trained or studied in the USA, the UK, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, etc. 

CCMC has established one Teachers’ Overseas Workstation in Welsh, UK with tailored training program in order to help teachers improve their professional ability through studying and working together with the European and American colleagues.
